The QJ Motor has introduced the mid-range athlete 600RR, which is intended to compete against the CBR500RR or CFMoto 450SR.

Mid-class athletes with Panigale optics

In terms of looks, the QJMotor 600RR is reminiscent of the Ducati Panigale. The winglets in particular, which are not made of carbon on the Chinese athlete, underline this similarity. According to the manufacturer, the winglets are not just for show, they produce downforce of 5-6 kg at around 150 km/h.

The engine has been slightly revised. This is referred to as a 5% reduction in engine friction. The exhaust system has also been revised. The result is 87.2 hp at 11,500 rpm and 56 Nm at 10,500 rpm.

Features

The upside-down fork (not adjustable) and the mono spring strut (adjustable in preload) come from KYB. For the brakes, two radially mounted 4-piston brake calipers from Brembo are used at the front. The curb weight is given as 213 kg. Compared to the previous model, it was possible to save 2 kg, with the tank volume even increasing to 18 liters.

The 600RR is equipped with ABS, traction control, various riding modes and a quick shifter.

In June 2022, the first QJ Motor models will also go on sale in Europe. It is currently still unclear whether the QJMotor 600RR will also be released in Europe. Since Benelli belongs to the parent company QJ Motor, a release under the Benelli branding would also be possible.
